"usually I like best buy but I was looking for a specific item that said was in stock at this location and when I showed the cashier she said "we probably ain't got it" she didn't ask anyone or even try looking. I guarantee you the item was just misplaced or in the back and she could care less. don't come here if you expect good customer service. go somewhere else"

"Although it is a bummer that they won’t be selling Movies anymore.. this store always seems nice and kept. Selections are good. Been here many times through the years and never had an issue. I come here with my youngest son and he enjoys purchasing movies and sadly this was probably his last trip."

"Mu elderly mother needed a new phone. The phone we wanted was not in stock and the employee ordered the one that we wanted and had it shipped to my house. It came within 3 days. We took her old phone to the store to transfer everything to the new phone. The young men who helped us were awesome!!
