"I went here to get a new truck cover for my rear bed. Since they had the truck, I asked if they could replace the hinges on my tailgate? They indicated that it would not be a problem. On a positive note, the people I interacted with were all very pleasant and they did a great job on the cover installation. My problem starts with the hinges. When they took the truck, although the hinges needed replacing, they worked and the tailgate closed just fine. When I got it back, they only replaced a part of the hinge assembly, and the tailgate no longer closed smoothly. Upon closer inspection, I found that they also stripped the screws hold the brackets. My biggest issue is that they let me leave without indicating any issues, I had to discover it as I began to use the tailgate. I took it back and they blamed everything on rust and suggested that I go buy the correct parts at the dealer and bring back to them. They offered only to refund the part cost but not the labor. In the end, I took it to the dealer to get it fixed because I lost trust with pickups Plus. The dealer was able to get everything working well but the screws were so badly stripped, they couldn’t get them off."
