"On 11/13 my card had fraudulent activity on it From Macys Mason Ohio for $806.06. I have continuously reached out to customer service to try to get my money refunded and they have no proper communication skills. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and manager and have not received any help. I understand there is a process of returning money but it's been going on 2 weeks. The customer service is horrible!!! And again Ive hung up the phone angry and with no extra money during the holidays ! Way to go Macys way to go!"

"I ordered lipstick online and I never received the product!! I contacted Macys customer service on several occasions only to be transferred several times. I contacted customer service again and was told there was nothing they can do. I spoke to a supervisor who stated that he would try to assist and would return my call and never did. I am confused as to why no one wants to be accountable or even provide mediocre customer service."

"At 4:40 PM ON 1/8/2020 I received a on- line order from Macy’s. Immediately upon receiving it I attempted to open what ended up being 3 boxes of shattered glasses. While attempting to find 2 smaller items I ordered I cut my hand in 2 places and now have shatter chips of glass in my hand. At 4:56 PM I called customer service. Spent the first 10 minutes with a customer service representative who “claimed” there were no orders under the order number I was providing, the name I was providing, the phone number I was providing or the email I was providing. I was looking at all of it on my mobile device as I was speaking to her. I then asked to be transferred to QA (she had no idea who that way). I had to explain that this was an urgent matter and I needed quality assurance or quality control. She put me old hold and after 16 to 18 minutes I hung up. This is a very serious situation and I am hereby asking someone to call me immediately before I contact a lawyer."
