"Felt weird walking in when the woman at the register stared blankly at us and didn’t greet us. A lot of the furniture was overpriced for pieces that from what I can tell had been donated. There was a couch that was for sale inside that hadn’t been disinfected and had visible dirt stains all over the seat cushions. Not a single one of the employees made an effort to make us feel welcome inside of the store, and there were 4 or 5 of them. A little bit of class would go a long way"

"I love this store. The staff has always been wonderful and welcoming. I've purchased little items and big items, and also consigned furniture. Even with the fee, I got more money than what Facebook marketplace buyers were offering me. I usually find myself wandering around there on my days off, and it's the first place I stop when I have something new in mind that I would like."

"This place is predatory. They’ll offer you $20 for a table they’re intent to sell for $400. Overpriced isn’t the right word, the prices in there are out of this world."

"I almost didn't rate this place. It's such a hidden gem with the best, top quality merch for every area of my life, and at fantastic prices on top of that. Well, I just didn't know if you might buy my thing...whatever that may be. Turns out this place is too good not to share so you're welcome ahead of time. Try not to buy my thing."

"Not a positive experience AT ALL with owner Lacy. Be very careful not to go by a conversation with her or employees there and MAKE SURE you read and SIGN their contract. I didn't realize that you only had 60 days for your things to sell or they become donated to the store!!!! When I went in to pick up my cks I noticed my huge chest had a sold sign on it, I asked about when I get that and was told, it's after 60 days and it was donated to the store!!!! How nice of me!! My other dresser wall unit, which I had to come in and put together and they didn't post correct pic until and emailed about it, was gone. The cashier said I don't know where it is, maybe donated?? How do I know it wasn't sold? No donation receipt, nothing. I emailed Lacy to please send a copy of contract I signed because I didn't remember the 60 day deal, she called me today and didn't understand why I wanted a copy, and started off defensive "did you want your furniture consigned" I could hear it in her voice that this wouldn't be a good conversation. I said twice what is problem with me asking for a copy of contract I signed? Then we both got louder and she just talked continuously and called me a cry baby, I had to laugh at that, she sounded like a crazy person. My daughter was listening and couldn't believe it either. To get that defensive right off the bat is ridiculous. I will agree that I'm stupid for not asking for a contract and just going by the few questions that I asked. It was nice that they picked it up but they did take and extra percentage off the 2 things I did sell and I guess they get the rest from my "donated" chest! Lesson learned. I probably would have let this go if Lacy hadn't been a complete RUDE, DEFENSIVE and OBNOXIOUS person. Just want people to be aware."
