"Total lack of customer service. Visited on Sep 1, was not acknowledged by anyone in the store in 15 minutes. During that time found the product I needed on my own and wanted to purchase it, could not find anyone willing to help with the transaction despite walking through the store. Ended up leaving and purchasing elsewhere. Would be 1 star only, but good selection warrants the 2nd star."

"We purchased a very expensive king sized adjustable bed. Upon delivery, the movers sliced the mattress. They were to deliver a replacement the FOLLOWING day. Not only did they not but they NEVER phoned to schedule. We slept in the bed for a few days and didn’t love it. Returned to store to inquire about 1-no contact regarding sliced mattress & 2- picking a different mattress since we weren’t happy with our 1st selection. We were told that we HAD to choose a mattress that cost AS MUCH OR MORE as our 1st choice - we were NEVER TOLD this at purchase and that we were responsible for a 99$ fee for a different mattress selection. With so many other mattress stores and websites, I would NEVER return here or recommend this business. There were additional issues- regarding rebates, credits, and costs, that also make me question the overall business practices of this store. Short version - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
