"Not flexible with customer service. Ordered a pack of 6 master locks and as soon as they came in we realized we ordered the wrong product (products were identical expect for one small mechanism). Since they were the same price we requested an exchange for the other project. Given their return policy (see attached) we didn't think that would be an issue but it is. Their reasoning for not accepting a return was because Master Lock sent it direct; if that were the case it should have been communicated before the sale."
