"This review is in reference to the shipping services only. I cannot speak to their printing/projects. I feel they would be able to do drop off/pre-printed label shipping services well. However, we had a terrible experience trying to ship without one. We had Christmas presents that needed to make it to kids in California. We needed boxing assistance and then shipping carrier selection assistance. They did offer us a nice box for our items. However, the person helping us tried to pick up the box without taping any of it. We almost lost the fragile items falling through the bottom. Getting a shipping choice and label info was painful as the address was entered incorrectly at least 5 times and we ended up needing to type ourselves. We requested next day delivery but in actuality was shipped ground and ended up not making it to destination in the needed timeframe. When we called to check in on it, we discovered that the tracking number given to us was the wrong one entirely and they only found record of transaction in their system by looking up the date/time stamp of when we visited the store. Our entire encounter in-store was almost an hour. I would have driven directly to ups or fedex in mentor for that kind of time spent. I wanted to support our local business but I will not be returning."
"Delt with a lady by the name of Sue in the Chardon office. I had lost my receipt after sending a package back on August 16th, to a company that said they needed the tracking number and size of package to complete my return. Needless to say, I was in a tight spot! With only the address that I sent it to, Sue was able to go back and find All the information I needed and literally saved the day!!! Good employees are hard to find, and my recommendation would be to hang on to Sue. Excellent job! Max"

"Sue was an incredible help with my printing needs. I was called to Ohio for an emergency and while here needed multiple color documents printed. I handed her the flash drive and we were done in short order.I was also able to pick up all the office supplies I needed as well. Highly recommend this buisness for all your office and printing needs!"
