In speaking with him he was willing to do something to make things right. The time that he took to listen and do something needs to be known as well, not alot of companies to day do that, Restores my faith in the local guys,,,"
"Contactor Was wanting to use them. I preffer to shop local. This was not a good experiance. I had alot of left over composite decking, that when returned i have to pay a restocking fee for the stock colors. I was not the one to place nor figure out the order amount I have been waiting over a month for my refund, Multiple calls and no one can tell me anything more than it has to be done by the CEO who is on vacation. Same brand composite is available at big box and refund would have been aleady handled."

"Went in to order cabinets. Waited in line to speak with someone. Started talking to a guy behind the counter about what we were looking for, the phone rang, without saying excuse me or give me one second, he just picks up the phone completely ignores us and starts taking an order over the phone? We walked away while he was still on the phone. Sorry but you just lost a sale and a customer for anything in the future, as we are in the process of remodeling our entire home. Beyond rude. Very Disappointed..."
