"Used to be adequate, now it is a mess. Wants to force customers to use self-checkout, so it can get rid of cashiers. Some MBA gets a bonus for better quarterly results. However, soon theft is on the rise. Rather than address that by adding staff, let’s lock up everything and make people look for help whenever they want to make a purchase! Sometimes requiring this to be done multiple times per trip! Well, no more for this customer. I will now only shop at home depot if i have a gift card, and it will only be using online ordering and delivery. Home depot will now lose out on all of my remaining business. Way to go."
