"Putting my experience with Ohio Home Improvement into perspective, the overriding quality of this business that stands out for me is they did what they said they would do. This allowed me to trust that they had my interest at heart. Their way of doing business left me feeling in control of this contractor/customer relationship whereas in other construction projects completed on my home I did not. From the owner Mike Eid down through the Team, David and Larry were honest, respectful, informative, and quality craftsmen. The same Team showed up every day no later than 7:45 am ready to start at 8:00 am, never late and worked through the day. At the end of the day, they kept me current by explaining what they had accomplished that day and what they intended to accomplish the following day. They were always willing to answer all our questions and adjust per our wishes, if necessary. Additionally, they pay attention to the quality of their work and are always willing to listen to our suggestions. Mike Eid personally “went shopping” with us to pick tile, cabinets, etc. Their proposal listed all activities in detail and all expenses necessary to complete the work. So, we were always aware of our costs, no surprises, Their business plan from pre-construction planning to material selection to their attention to detail and the diligence of OHI to get it right was excellent. This open and honest communication resulted in an outstanding remodel of our primary bedroom and bathroom, for which I am happy. More importantly, they made it their mission to ensure everything was specific to our needs and satisfaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend OHI to anyone interested in remodeling or updating their home. Thank You OHI!"

"We’ve had Ohio Home Improvement complete several projects in and around our house. We’ll continue to use them for any of our repair and remodeling needs. The most recent project was a “down to the studs” remodel of our two bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Ohio Home Improvement does a great job of “hand holding” from start to finish. Owner Mike Eid worked with us closely as we picked out tile, cabinets, etc. We especially appreciate the way he goes over his proposal, which lists all activities and expenses. Mike has always been honest and transparent in his dealings with us. Ohio Home Improvement employees are probably the best in the business. They arrive on time, are always polite and considerate, and stick with a job until it’s done right. They were always willing to answer all our questions and make any adjustments we asked for. They always paid careful attention to the quality of their work and never cut corners. We found it very easy to trust Mike’s employees in our house, even when we had to be away. Mike took an interest in the work and came around frequently to check on progress and respond to questions we had. As mentioned, we’ll be using Ohio Home Improvement again. We’d recommend them to anyone for any remodeling work in their home."

"Ohio Home Improvement recently completed a full remodel of the primary living areas in our home. The scope included a full kitchen renovation (including moving walls), installing new hardwood floors, new lighting, adding new entryways with pocket doors, window and base trim, and of course painting throughout. The results are nothing short of mind-blowing! Mike, the owner, was phenomenal to work with from day 1, helping us design and visualize exactly what we wanted, and needed, to turn our “house” into our “forever home”. He leads by example, with an honest and true desire to improve the lives of his customers, and treated us more like friends than clients. Once construction began, the amazing crew, led by our project manager, Shawn, showed up for work every day of the 3 month project on time and ready to go. They met with us daily to discuss progress and resolve any questions or concerns that came up throughout the course of the project. We were very impressed with the level of detail and thought that went into every decision made. They are true professionals and their craftsmanship is unmatched. We have worked with several different contractors in the past with varying degrees of success and satisfaction. But in OHI, we’re confident we’ve finally found our go-to contractors, and partners, for all future projects!"

"Usually the most difficult part of any big home improvement project is finding the right contractor for the work. For our kitchen remodel, we researched home improvement sites online and Ohio Home Improvement was one of only a few companies with a 5-star rating based on customer reviews. In our opinion, OHI should be rated 10 stars! To start, OHI does not use sub-contractors; all work is performed by its employees. OHI Owner Mike Eid was very hands-on, meeting with us many times to fully understand our ideas, finalize renditions, and confirm pricing and timelines. He also accompanied us to pick out our cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and countertop. We had never heard of a contractor going with a client to review and pick out materials, so we were very impressed. Mike ordered our chosen materials and provided us with a firm start date and anticipated finish date; both were spot on. Demolition started on the start date as expected. Project Manager Don Kapper oversaw all aspects of construction, along with Scott Arnold, and both were present every day during the project. The crew was absolutely wonderful, polite, and clean! They made sure the work area was broom-clean at the end of each day. Their workmanship is exceptional, along with their ownership and the extraordinary management by Don and Scott. We encountered only a few small unexpected issues during the remodel, but the project still came in on budget and on time. We will definitely use Ohio Home Improvement for our next project! "OHI just completed our second remodel project in our home and we could not be more pleased and impressed. Their attention to detail, diligence and work ethic cannot be beat. From project advice, material selection and actual work, OHI has outdone themselves with both projects they did for us. The first was a master suite/bathroom remodel which makes each day feel like we are going to a spa. The most recent job the installed luxury vinyl flooring in the kitchen, hallways and dining room along with updating the kitchen lighting and installing new appliances (range and dishwasher). It has taken our 90's style kitchen to a modern, top notch space. We recommend OHI for any remodel or addition work that you may need."
