"Promises made and not kept: installation will be done before Christmas, 2 groups of installers sent without proper supplies or knowledge that they needed to level floor and other issues not in by Dec. 25th as promised: flooring buckled and was properly fixed by Mcswain in a timely manner; floor has developed spots that management and service person agreed were a manufacturing defect and refused to repair trying to tell me this was really not a problem. Offered to send me an option to install nonmatching planks that I have, now or in the future here. Never emailed agreement. Would you want non-matching planks that might look ok and match in 3 years.! Very dissatisfied overall. Their service person was great for the buckled planks. Also, the have never , after 4 years of calls put correct transitio on floor from kitchen to dining. The 2 they did put in were just strips that cracked and would shed their color.."
