"Does ok, but leaves a lot of debris around the edges, grill, bumpers- and I was going about once a week. I also feel like the system goes too fast and leaves soap behind, which causes soap streaks. If it was $10, then cool. But for $20-30? Eh."
"Least favorite location. I don't feel it does as well as other locations. Always have soap left on vehicle and the dryers don't do well enough. Also not happy that they didn't do the gates and wash club lane at this new location. Hate having to wait in line while they're trying to upsell every car. Gonna cancel my membership now that it billed full price of $62 a month."
"Almost never have to wait in line. Staff is always friendly. I always pay for ,The works', sometimes there are small streams left on the car but in general the car comes out much cleaner than it went it. I just wish the rinse and dry had a longer run time. The station with the vacuums gives off powerful suction, the only bad thing about it is that it seems to only take card, not cash."
"Exceptional customer service!! Theres never been a time when going to a Mikes, where ive been greeted by my name. And not to mention the employee, Nick T., he Really went above and beyond the usually service of this companys normal, by getting both sides of my vehicle clean before asking me to proceed into the car wash..usually I get a quick spray on my front end and windshield, along with a quick wave hello and goodbye. Which is great, But this is by far more impressive. Thumbs up to this crew!"
"They should only run their conveyor that fast when it's their busiest time (winter/salt) than when there's harder to remove stuff this time of year (bugs, tar). Employees are friendly. Equipment is new. Everything works as it should, but make no mistake, the conveyor's speed is adjustable and it will involve more face time per car when it's slower with soaps, drying, rinses, etc producing a better result."
