"Much of the staff is unfriendly. The ordering kiosk should NOT be the only way to order ice cream! The roller grill and hot food area is empty everyday I stop here. Just go down the hill to the Harrison location until these people figure out how to run a UDF."

"I went in tonight long before they were due to close and they had no ice cream available because they were cleaning it, and the staff was very rude to inform me that I needed to step out of the way for them to mop. I asked to confirm when they close and they said in about an hour and a half! Why could I not order ice cream at a united “dairy” farmers?? The staff here is always rude especially “Sutone” never smiling and never welcoming. I will only go to this location when it’s necessary from now on."

"The ice cream itself is great. The service leaves something to be desired. Also, please inform your customers that they need to order their ice cream on a kiosk. My elderly mother was in the store waiting for employees to take her order for ice cream (typical way of doing it) and the employees didn’t acknowledge her or inform her she needed to use the kiosk. Just wanted to let others know that if you’re not comfortable ordering from a kiosk this may not be the place for you, I suggest going to any of the Harrison locations, as they don’t make you order from a kiosk."
