"I won a gun through a local raffle and was told to pick it up here. I called ahead to confirm I could pick it up just before closing time at 6 pm. I was told by Raymond that was acceptable and informed him that I was losing an hour of pay to pickup this gun during their normal business hours. I left work an hour early, arrived at exactly 5:50 pm, and he locked the door as I attempted to open it. He said, "We're closed." I showed him my phone with the time displayed. He walked away and ignored me. I've never been back when he's working due to such poor customer service. I've had a great experience with the other employees, but Raymond has single handedly driven my business elsewhere. Poor customer service to say the least."

"I have purchased multiple firearms at this store. Michael, Donny, and Josh are all knowledgeable and great to work with. If you want to overpay for your firearm I would suggest you shop somewhere else."

"Stock on hand is limited to current popular models (I can get a Sig 236, Glock 19 or S&W Shield anywhere). Not much support for AR builders but I have no problem waiting for PSA to ship. Counter help is marginal, sometimes they greet you and offer to help, sometimes they ignore you until you ask them a question. Not good for casual browsing due to the limited stock."

"Not a lot of parts/accessories for building guns & the service depends on who is working that day. There are a couple of knowledgeable guys that work here and a couple that act like its a chore to assist you or answer questions. I was in Last week looking for parts and the younger guy with the pencil mustache treated me as if I was a bother, I asked him if he could order the parts I wanted and he told me to "just try a different store"......building/collecting guns isn't a cheap hobby so when I spend my hard earned money I expect to be treated better than this no matter how little or how much I am spending."
