"This review is directed for the service department. Our RV (class A diesel pusher) was dropped off due to extensive renter damage in July of 2023. Our original tech gave us bad information but Camping World has since corrected the issue and we couldn’t be more pleased. Trent has taken exceptional care of our extensive list of repairs. Our quote for repairs and final repair payment were exactly what we were expecting. No hidden surprises. Our rig did take quite a while to repair but again, it’s done right and that’s worth it in and of itself. Definitely recommend the service department, they are thorough!"

"Nice people who are responsive and helpful, until you buy your RV. The salesman was very nice and easy to work with. He admittedly knew little to nothing of the class B Airstream we were there to look at. I had some very specific questions to which he TRIED to get other employees to answer the questions. One, refused to come out of his office and gave us a service phone number for Airstream. Another young lady tried to answer my questions but she was not experienced at all so she had little to contribute. We gave a deposit and returned a week later to get the final demo, run through of the rig. The man they put us with was embarrassing. Totally clueless and worse yet, lied repeatedly about the van systems. I knew a lot more than this guy but NOT ENOUGH to avoid buying a Class B with numerous problems. The generator is not functioning, the stove is not functioning, and most of the power blinds and screens don't work. He lied to cover that all up. Fun part? When we went to do the paperwork, they charged us $1700 for service and setup! They did nothing that I can find. My new to me rig is now at a repair facility where I will spend over $2000 to get this thing functional. There are more problems but why pile on? DO NOT BUY AN RV HERE."

"Excellent online and in-person experience at Paul Sherry's RV. We extensively explored a potential upgrade to our TT online, then narrowed our choices down to just one trailer, the Outback 335CG. When searching for that specific model online, we saw extremely attractive pricing for it at Paul Sherry's RV, and further poured over the well-lighted and numerous helpful photos and details available on their website. We made contact over the phone, and Dave Kaslar was our salesman. Dave was delightful to talk with, patient, very helpful, and willing to work with us long-distance since we were almost 400 miles away! We found Paul Sherry's had the best price for the most completely outfitted model within hundreds of miles, and also made a reasonably good offer for our trade-in after sending in details and photos of the trade-in ourselves. After a bit of online and phone communication, we made the arrangements and traveled there over a weekend. Dave literally met us at the gate as we were pulling in, and directed us to the drop-off area. There, Ryan helped us unhitch our trade-in, transfer our few cargo items, and then did a thorough walk-through of the Outback covering all the features and answered all the questions we had. Meanwhile, Dave was handling our paperwork, and within a few minutes of finishing our walk-through, we visited with Joe, one of the finance managers who took care of the financing...which was exactly what Dave and I had discussed over the phone...no surprises! We hitched up our new trailer, and were out of the dealership and heading home within about two hours, an estimate that Dave had just about nailed on the head during our online conversation! Kudos to the folks at Paul Sherry's RV, and special thanks to Dave, Ryan and Joe for their outstanding assistance. A premium experience...thanks a bunch!"
