"Placed order to be picked up in store got home didn't receive 2 of the items"

"I am never stepping foot in this store again. I stopped in for tomato sauce for my soup I forgot at Walmart and I'm approached by an employee telling me my "backpack" has to stay up front. I think tf not. I grabbed my kids, put down my sauce, and left. One, it's a DIAPER bag I need for my small CHILDREN. Two, it's never been an issue before when I've shoped here. Three, it's not an issue anywhere else Nobody is going to tell me I can't carry my DIAPER bag and continue to recieve my buisness."

"I was very disappointed by my visit to Dollar General at 607 West Water Street in Piqua Ohio. The entire store was a big jumbled mess on every shelf. I found a lot of scratched and dented merchandise that was just sitting on regular shelves--not in a clearance bin. I put two things in my basket and I went up to the cash register. There were two cashiers behind the counter. They were busy doing some sort of a transaction that seemed like Western Union for the customer in front of me. At no time did the other cashier ever step over to the other register and offer to help me. I thought this was very rude so I left my two items in the basket and walked out of the store. I have no intention of ever going back there. Other Dollar General stores that I'm used to going to in Troy Ohio and other communities give customers excellent service. The Dollar General that is the most consistent as far as putting lots of items on the shelves and always making sure that they are neatly arranged is the Dollar General in Troy Ohio near Kroger's on Market street. The Dollar General on Main Street in Troy is also good in both of those regards. The Dollar General that's across the street from Sherwood Shopping Center in Troy needs a little bit of work on putting their items that come off the truck away in a prompt manner rather than leaving all of the carts of newly arrived merchandise still in their shipping boxes unattended and cluttering up the back of the store so you cannot get to merchandise in the back of the store."

"Hugh potholes in parking lot, store is more than overstocked as they never send back to DG or leave out anything over 75% off. They reprice items that have been discontinued or pennied instead of following DG instructions. Store is filthy and smells like cat urine against the right back corner of the store. (**DG employee stated issue with mice) I have not seen any so I can not say for sure. This store needs moved and declutter."

"My favorite all the cashiers are great. Help u any way then can. I think they. Deserve much more pay for all they have to do. Love the prices"
