"I found a open box Electrolux washer for $399 at this location. I had it in the cart and was getting ready to pay, but wanted to make sure it was in stock before making the hour trip. I called and the lady who answered told me they don't have any for that price they are usually $700 to $800 .She said she has had calls on it before. As soon as I was off the phone it showed the item is out of stock and if you click on it the price is now $853.27 for the exact same washer. If you have had calls before why didn't you fix it then. I'm so glad I didn't waste over 2 hours of driving for the price to more than double."

"The sofa we wanted, they were discontinued but they said we could take the floor model. But they could only take $20 off. We asked if they could do better. They said okay $30. We should have walked away. We went with the floor model because after 5 stores it was what we wanted. It already had a part of the seam coming apart and has a hole now. Not to mention, we did financing for 2 items and they charged 1 right away, took a few weeks to charge the 2nd item, and still have not finished processing it so we can pay our bill. It's been almost a month and nothing but frustration."
