"I have scheduled appointmeat 1 I dropped it off early 15 minutes early and I walk over to arby. 's they call me 15 minutes later? They say they couldn't even start my car so. I walk back over there. It is like I tried everything. Then goes into my car when we were togother and he starts it right up. Then I will finish my meal. I come back. I sit there for another 20 minutes and they tell me oh, your car is too bad. You have one bad ball joint so they didn't do anything for me. All I wanted done was a wheel alignment"

"My husband and I have been going here for years! Always had have great service. Now it is under new management and all new employees and they have become a scam!! My Buick Enclave 6 months ago was $60 for an oil change. I just bought a Hyundai Palisade and the oil change was to be $90. Fine…but then when you pick it up they added on all these hidden fees that I NEVER had before. $135 for an oil change is ridiculous!! $60 was quoted and out the door. I do not do shady business when a place becomes all about hidden fees and up charges. They also quoted me services of like $600 on my NEW car. I will not trust to take my car back to this place as long as the new Manager Steve is there!!"

"I had no problem paying $100+ for them to diagnose my issue. They could diagnose it and tell me what's wrong with it. I can fix it. My vehicle is not that hard to work on. But we never made it that far. I came here for help and Steve backed away from me and refused. Why? Because I told him I would much rather fix my own vehicle than take it to a shop. Why? Because the last shop I had my vehicle at, was supposed to fix my tailpipe and they took my entire exhaust system from in front of my Catalytic Converter back! And when I called the police to report the theft, the police said I could not prove it. So instead of Steve saying YOU CAN TRUST FIRESTONE. He back away and said "I'm not diagnosing anything for you. Thank you and goodbye." Well at least he was nice enough to say Thank You. But why would I come back? I definitely wouldn't come to this one at 3032 Atlantic Boulevard NE, Canton, OH 44705-3929 I have already bought a new Waterpump, Water Outlet, Radiator and pressure tester. Steve seen that I had the $250 pressure tester and the $110 thermostat in my hand. I guess I'll just take my money elsewhere.
