"I’m probably being a bit dramatic here, because they were very kind 98% of the time, and seemed like they knew what they were doing. So anyways, I had a scheduled appointment for 10am, when I arrived got checked in and they didn’t move my vehicle till 25min later, then it took till 11:15m for them to give me the keys back. All I had was a tire repair that needed broken down and re-sealed on the rim. I originally wanted an oil change but when I arrived he said 1h30m for the whole thing so I said No Oil Change please. Then when I left I asked how long it would have been for the oil change. He said another 45min. Lol! Also, I’m pretty sure they tried to sell this older lady some tires in a timeline she didn’t need them in. Yes they were low ish on tread, but she only drives it to work so she does not need 4 new tires next week or anything. Plus they added an alignment to the bill, and it doesn’t sound like they will remove the cost if the vehicle doesn’t need it. It’s good they put this in her radar so she can drive a little safer this winter and come back in a few months and get the new tires replaced. Or do 2 later, and 2 after that. These things were not said. Lol!"
