"Honestly they said that my husband and I ONLY CAR would be done the next day after getting the rim in. The rim is still not there and the car isn’t done. It’s going on 3 days of my car not being done. I understand that I only have one vehicle for my husband and I, but with the economy the way it is at the moment. We can’t afford having our car just sitting and waiting. They never should have said that we would have it back by the next day. VERY UNREALISTIC."
"So I asked for a code scanner. An employee did it. It ended up being a transmission issue (which unfortunately Goodyear doesn't deal with) but they directed me to a local transmission shop which seems to be moral ethical and logical. Can't thank them enough for what was essentially a free service. But we need more shops like this. Would have given them my service gladly if they did transmissions. Thanks. Keep it up."
"brought a flat tire in for repair (newer tire) at around 9:00am, about 1:30pm Goodyear called and said tire is not repairable, the nail is to close to sidewall, I said I will bring a spare tire to be mounted. I brought spare tire to the shop and told them to save the old tire, their response "not a problem". At 5:30 pm, went to big up the tire's, and they stated they could not give me back the original tire, as they already drilled holes into it for scrap. The receipt says "Tire Was Damage Beyond Repair"...What do you think?? I'm out of a newer tire....."
