"Back to back times I was told my fluids were topped off and air in my tires were filled and neither were done. Then I noticed on my 5,000 mile oil change it shows on my invoice I received, that my tires were rotated and that was never completed. Finally, this past time I had an oil change and they looked at an easy exhaust problem and that took 2hrs. Ron in service has been great. But the service techs aren't doing their job, time and time again. It's appalling. Just Do Your Job."

"DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR !!!! I purchased a vehicle around 3 yrs ago and the experience was not all that great the first time as I drove 45 min to get a car and it was not even on the lot. Ended up going back another time and the vehicle was there and I purchased it. Last week I talked with Logan who is a salesperson about a used vehicle and it had dents on it so we had talked about a lease. He said I was getting the best deal possible and he was “barely” making any money off the deal. Once again this car was not on the lot but it was a 2024 so what could possibly be wrong with it. He showed me an image of the car and said the color would be a dark blue which it wasn’t. Said he would send me pics of car once it got on the lot but never did. Never stayed in contact about anything. Finally got the cat 2 days later and found scratches in the hood and a dent in the back driver side of car. Did not want to deal with Logan as it seems like he can’t follow thru with what he says. Talked to a manager Eric who had me bring the car back out which was another 45 min to get out there putting more miles on my leased vehicle. He said he’d take care of it. Went back today to pick up vehicle and it looked like they went mudding with it. Tires still dirty and area by windshield wipers still filthy. This place is complete trash and I do not plan to ever step foot back on this property. Wish I could give negative starts but had to choose at least 1 star which they do not deserve by any means."

"I went in today to seal the deal on a brand new traverse! Amy was amazing at getting a good amount for my trade in (equinox she sold me back in 2018). The saff that assisted, Connor, Deontae, and rich, were so friendly and positive. You can tell the staff is there for one another. Overall a fantastic experience!!"

"The facility was clean and the employee's were friendly. The showroom was pleasantly full of multiple deals happening which gave me comfort in knowing I chose the correct brand and company to work with. Any person I asked a question to had an answer so they were extremely knowledgeable and seemed very passionate about their line of work. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. This was a 10/10 experience and I can confidently say I am very pleased with my new 2024 Trax 2RS and feel safe knowing if I need anything I have the support of this amazing team behind me.
