"I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tallmadge Collision Center to anyone. The staff is great, particularly Blair, who worked with my wife and I after she struck a deer. I made an appointment, there was a rental car agent there waiting for me when I arrived, Blair kept us up-to-date weekly with progress reports, and the car looked brand new inside & out when we picked it up. Blair also efficiently and politely took care of a minor headlight problem we discovered after getting the car home. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from TCC. Out experience there was great."
"I have left messages multiple times, no response back- The excuses I received was were busy. I understand that. I’m a small business owner that specializes in a very high demand service. It’s just myself and my partner. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY- I would never tell a customer I am too busy for them. That’s not the customers problem. I’m sure a business that has been around for 30+ years would have a large enough staff to contact folks back in a timely manner. I guess not. My business has gone elsewhere."
