"I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tallmadge Collision Center to anyone. The staff is great, particularly Blair, who worked with my wife and I after she struck a deer. I made an appointment, there was a rental car agent there waiting for me when I arrived, Blair kept us up-to-date weekly with progress reports, and the car looked brand new inside & out when we picked it up. Blair also efficiently and politely took care of a minor headlight problem we discovered after getting the car home. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from TCC. "I have left messages multiple times, no response back- The excuses I received was were busy. I understand that. I’m a small business owner that specializes in a very high demand service. It’s just myself and my partner. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY- I would never tell a customer I am too busy for them. That’s not the customers problem. I’m sure a business that has been around for 30+ years would have a large enough staff to contact folks back in a timely manner. I guess not. My business has gone elsewhere."
