Brittany lacks communication skills and transparency and the service manager never offers compensation for inconveniences. Tried to blame me for not taking the car back there. Wouldn’t let them work on anything of mine ever again. Don’t waste your time with them."

"This place is a bit of a joke. We moved here three months ago and had just bought a car from a dealership in Wheeling, WV. The car had to be taken to the Wheeling shop 6 or 7 times in the first few months we owned it. The car ran great for a while and then after moving to the area it acted up again. We had it taken to this dealership and they replaced a part (took five weeks) and it wasn't two days later the car did the same thing. So it was towed back to this dealership. This time they replaced the starter. Cost nearly $1300. Didn't have the car and hour and it started having problems again. Called and left voicemail several times and no one has called us back. I would rate lower than a 1 star if possible at this point."

He had my problem diagnosed and communicated well with me and when the job was done he explained everything so I could understand what was done. I am thankful for this great service department!"
