"I had a minor vehicle incident and chose this location to fix what was wrong with my car. What needed fixed was the tie rod, plastic protectors under the engine needed replaced and had to have a alignment done. This was all paid for through the insurance company. When I returned to get my car I get in to find it completely trashed. They had gone through my glove box and removed everything from my center console and threw it on the front seat and the floor. There was absolutely positively 100% no reason for them to get into my glove box or the center console of my car. I do not appreciate my privacy being violated and if you're going to do something Shady like going through my car at least have the courtesy to put my stuff back so I don't know you're doing it. I called and spoke to the service manager and got a line of BS saying nothing like that has never happened before and he'll talk to the people that had interaction with my vehicle, blah blah blah. No "I'm sorry, what can we do to make it better or I apologize for violating your privacy" nothing at all. Since this is happened I've spoken with other people who have had problems at the dealership as well including somebody who had the same exact thing happen to them. I will never return there for any reason whatsoever. Whether it's for service on my vehicle or to get a new car and I would never ever advise anybody to go there."
