"I need the fuel pump replaced in my truck. I had it towed there and they gave me an estimate of $700. I thought that was ridiculous so I called two other mechanics and they both told me $500. I paid to have it towed to a different garage."

"Poor customer service, didn't call to update on the status, had to call 3 times to even figure out the problem which to me honestly sounded made up. Close to $100 for a diagnostics, waited 10 minutes for a "actual receipt" (Ended up still getting a hand written one)and to top it off my remote key was broken off, I literally had to ask them for it. Not Approved"

"Called me with an estimate before any work was started and then it was finished and done right. I will use them again.Update! I went again and had a terrible experience. They lied to me and said I needed things I had just replaced less than 2 months ago!! It then took them 3 days to repair calipers and a brake line. I don't know what happened here but when you lie to me, I'm done. I now question the previous job and the price. I guess I now must assume every mechanic is crooked and a cheat? I don't want to view the world like that but what else can I think after catching them in an obvious lie? Buyer beware if you are going here."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. First of all, I never write reviews on products or services unless it is very good or very bad. I just do not want anyone to get ripped off like I did. I took my vehicle to the shop approximately one year ago for a brake job. I was told I needed brakes and rotors and paid him accordingly for the job. I will not go into detail about the prices as I did not complain at the time. A month ago, I start to hear a noise of metal on metal coming from my front tires. I drive very little and had maybe 8,000 miles on the brakes at this point. I then took my vehicle to another location further away, but to someone who is very credible. I was informed that my brakes pads were not only installed backward and upside down, but they were the wrong size to begin with. The pins were then forced into place more than likely by hammering. I, like many of us, work hard and make an honest living. Please do not take your hard earned money to this man who is obviously a crook and takes advantage of people."

"Bad experience. Be smart read the review. It is accurately represented. I went in for an Estimate. Brian said the front end coil Strut assembly was $450 and he would not put my part on the car. So I asked him to call my part guy his self. He asked who? When I told him he claimed that is who he just on the phone with. With that being said. I called & the parts for both sides is $244. Perry repair quoted $735 for the job. For those reading this that are unaware, it's a 45 minute job tops (per side) and thats at home in the driveway. Not in a shop with all the bells and whistles. So recap.. He doubled the price of the parts and the quoted another $300 for the labor. Hopefully this review will make the shop more honest and save at least a few people's hard earned money."
