"Ordered a part online. 1 week later no response. Emailed them 3 times to cancel/ refund. They claimed 3 times whoever handles refunds was sick. So I guess a big company like this only has one person who can refund orders. Tried calling a couple times and got sent straight to voicemail. Had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back and they didn’t even respond to that so it’s going take almost a month to get my money back. What a pathetic company avoid them at all cost just order on eBay."
"NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE. I bought a re-built transmission that obviously was never re-built correctly. It took MONTHS to get another one from their warranty company. THEY DON'T COVER INSTALL FOR THE SECOND TIME. The second re-built transmission was STILL broken. This company is a waste of any ones time and money. Their distributor "Midway" was horrible to work with and clueless."
