"I’ve been going here for years but never again. I went in on a cold rainy day and there were two men working with no customers in the store. Told the guy my blinker bulb needed replaced. He couldn’t find it in the computer so he asked me to go out and get the old one out of my car. I have had good service here and they have always done things like put wiper blades on for me. This guy made no effort to help me get it. As I’m outside trying to get the bulb I hear him and when I look there he is putting wiper blades on some guys car. Ok. So now I’m a bit annoyed. I go back in and buy the bulb. Guess what. It’s the wrong one. I go back a few days later to exchange it and again they can’t figure out what bulb I need. And proceed to discuss it like I had nothing better to do. I asked them to just refund the bulb so I could get out of there. He asks for my receipt which I don’t have. I tell him that my information should be in the computer because I signed up for the rewards program a long time ago and I’ve always gone there when I needed something. He tells me there’s nothing there! Says I didn’t buy anything there! He was more interested in talking about the damn bulb than making his customer happy. Bad customer service. Not to mention they let a lady stand out in the rain trying to get a bulb out. I don’t expect special treatment because I’m a woman; I probably know more about cars than he does but I do expect to be treated as a long time customer should be. Went to O’Reillys and they even put the bulb in for me."

"The customer service is good. The staff might socialize a little too much with each other, but they are a friendly and helpful bunch, so I wouldn't get diacouraged if you aren't immediately greeted upon entering the store. The store is very neat and clean and it is well organized. The parking lot is in great shape with plenty of parking spaces and is fairly easy to get in and out of. On 09-04-17, I stopped in to shop for some windshield washer fluid, but I didn't buy any because it is about 3 dollars cheaper at Walmart, however I have bought car parts here before and would certainly recommend this store for that purpose."
