"I ordered tires and wheels online and had them delivered here. They got me in as soon as they were delivered and installed them quickly. My car is brand new, just over 100 miles on the odometer. They made sure to cover my interior and bag my factory tires so that nothing got dirty. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this location for any of your tire needs"

"Made appointment on line. Rearranged my schedule to fit. Got there and was told that they didn’t have time for me. After spending 2k here last year for tires and brakes and this is their idea of service? Never see me again or my money"

"Heads up, the "courtesy inspection/tire rotation/scheduled maintenance review/brake inspection" with oil change is only included if you ask for it at time of service even though it is on the invoice as being completed. Only two mechanics were present during my appointment, no receptionist/manager. When comparing this invoice to my last, none of the normal fields were filled out accurately down to the "estimate created on" date (which was a random day). They did not exchange my oil change sticker. They left my car disgusting on the inside with black gunk on the inside drivers door and steering wheel. My tires were not rotated (I have one tire that does not match the rest and it's position did not move). The filter was dirty and black gunk was sprinkled on my engine. I'm not sure if they decided to check my oil haphazardly and decided I didn't actually need an oil change or what since if you go by miles I was no where near needing one, but according to length of time I was due. I don't play around with maintenance. I'm not convinced they did anything. Last time I was in for an oil change it took over an hour and a half, this time roughly twenty minutes. I won't complain about quick service, but it doesn't appear they did a service. I also think someone forged my signature for the parts/warranty disclosure. It was only my first name (which I don't do) and somehow I managed to misspell my first name? I always remember signing before I give them my keys and after. I even asked the guy if I needed to sign before sitting down. Last visit they insisted I needed new tires, and I requested a quote on new tires when I made my appointment, the request is printed on my invoice. No quote. What a shame, I would have bought new tires that day. When I went back to talk to someone about my concerns they didn't want to hear it and had excuse after excuse after excuse. Refused to look at anything (I came with pictures even). They ended it with, "well we don't have any appointments today to look at it" which is funny because I was greeted with "what service you lookin to get done today?" They did not even want to attempt to make it right. I didn't even ask for a refund. I'll complain to my bank and they'll look into this transaction and I'll end up getting the whole shebang redone at a dealership, because even they are more trustworthy that this place. They could have found the time to look at the state of my car after a complaint like this."

"This Mr.Tire is the WORST tire shop I believe is on the face of the planet. My significant other used to work there as there ONLY tech when he is 18 years old forcing him to work non stop 12 hour shifts, refused his vacation and wouldn’t let him call off ever. The most techs they have had in the shop at once was TWO. They work there employees like dogs and have zero respect for others. My significant other was fired due to getting INJURED at work by a 100lb hydronic ram, that smacked him in the head forcing him to be unconscious for at least 2 minutes which they then told him to get over it and forced him to get back to work without even asking if he needed medical attention. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!"

"If I could leave negative 5 stars, I would. Asked for brakes to be done. They told us we needed a CV repair. They charged us over $1200, and I had to provide some of the parts. Then, the vehicle broke down 1 block away from the shop. They put our vehicle back together improperly and caused even more damage. They apologized and offered to fix it again for $250 (plus another part I had to buy). After the car was fixed a second time, it broke down almost immediately after leaving their lot. We took it to another shop and had the repair covered by Mr. Tire’s liability policy. Do not trust this shop with anything other than tires. Period. Also, I think they like Fireball Whisky. Not sure if it’s theirs, but it has been inside the display in front of the shop the entire time our vehicle was in their care. Not a great look, guys."
