"Stopped by to get an estimate to install a hood and was asked to wait so he could take a look at what we wanted to do. After almost 25 mins of waiting and no apology he ( Old guy) cam outside, looked at the the hood and said " I'm swamped for the next two month. What type of material is this hood made of?" we told him it was fiberglass hood and it had two stripped bolt inserts. He said its NOT the kind of work they do!! Seriously this is supposed to be a body shop... What kind of work do you really want TOM!!! Disappointed and it's an hr. of my life I'm not going to get back"

"Previously I have never used Tom Clark, but I would refer many of my customers to their body shop based on other customer's experiences with them. Sadly there was an incident with my car and a few large tree branches causing some damage. I decided to take my vehicle to Tom Clark Inc .The repairs were done in less then a week and I was EXTREMELY happy with the results!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done... Mark is very knowledgeable, Professional and friendly, he made this whole process easy..
