"My car broke down on the interstate and was towed by AAA to this certified location. I don't live near Barberton so I was a bit worried going to a place that I didn't know. I couldn't be happier. "I would give this place zero stars if I could.they wanted 125$ to LOOK at my car & an additional 1100$ to fix it. The only thing that's wrong with it is that the coil packs & spark pluslgs needed changed I ended up fixing myself for 99$ & that was for a whole brand new coild pack & 6 brand new spark plugs. They wanted 300 something dollars for labor. & im telling you it was easy it shouldn't cost that much. I think they thought they could tell me anything because I'm a female. Well they went against the Consumer Sales Practices Act. So thank goodness I was able to get my car back. I will NEVER go back here again & I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone! If you go to Kens auto shop in Barberton they are WAY more affordable & I should've went there the first time."
"Mechanic didn't relay correct info to owner so I was told two different things were wrong. Turns out they gave me wrong information and quoted me an 800.00 job and I ended up finding a 5 star mechanic somewhere else to do an honest job for a fraction of their price."
