"Dudes weird. Not friendly at all, borderline rude. He can know you're paying a bill and make you sit there through 1 or 2 complete new policies when he could have just took 1minute and took your payment. Needs an assistant Because when he gets busy he gets very snippy. I suggest you change your attitude or you'll always be in that little closet company selling bottom of the line insurance. And quit getting an attitude when people come and bring you business. You look miserable but maybe if you were a little more friendly You wouldnt have to be"
"Awful customer service..my husband purchased a policy without knowing I had already purchased one from a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. When he spoke to the gentleman who had sold him the policy he was advised no refund was available. I understand how things work and maybe he wouldn't get a refund.,but when I spoke to the gentleman, his snotty condescending attitude was uncalled for. Awful...my husband purchased the policy on Thursday and tried to cancel the very next day..so almost $100.00 to push buttons on a computer. Just amazed that this behavior is acceptable."
