"I paid for the lifetime tire balancing & rotation as well as the extra road hazard when I bought the tires new. Stopped into the Canton store to get all the above done (I had a slow leak in one of the tires) & it took 2 hours plus. No big deal, I knew that was possible when I bought the extra protection. But, as I & drove home I could detect a bouncing in the tires so I called the shop & found out they only fixed the leak & rotated the tires without balancing. The guy said come back & we'll get you in "next". I drove 15 minutes back to the shop only to find the shop doors down because there was only one mechanic & he couldn't work in the shop alone. So, I had to drive to the Massillon shop & wait another 2 hours simply to get the tires balanced. Four & half hours of my afternoon shot, was not a great experience."
"Very rude.. called in morning to get a tire.. the guy said yes no problem just come now we can do it now.. got there at 745am was told couldn’t not change my tire had to make appointment when I was told 15 min earlier to come n they would change it if I got there within 15 which I did.. that’s the 2nd time I was told they could do something and go and was told something totally dif they really need to get on the same page cause that’s not fair to people who ask if they come now for service and drive all the way n get lied to"
"Used to come here for tires, oil changes, rotations, an more but I believe I will be starting to search else where. Constant 3 hr wait, never pick up phones, terrible attitudes when calling in. When you stop in, they want you to leave the car before they can even get to it rather than make a reservation so you can come back. When you do make a reservation it has to be minimum next day."
"They were very busy when I came in on 9-16, yet every single person went above and beyond to take care of me. I needed tires they didnt have( they offered to order) and a gentleman was off to the side making calls to make sure I had what I needed TODAY, because I am due to leave to go out of town and couldn't wait for tires. Hooked me up on windshield wipers too. Thank you Wal-Mart automotive center."
