"Bought a returned mattress thinking it would be a better deal and ended up being more trouble than it was worth. The mattress showed up with multiple stains and tears in it. Sales rep said all mattress would be cleaned and free of all stains and damage, wasn’t the case. It was a chance we took. The new frame we purchased also had issues. Needless to say the delivery crew ended up taking everything back. All new products reordered and delivered over two weeks later."
