"I was going to support this local business and when I pulled into the parking lot there was weeds growing out of the asphalt on the parking lot, the sidewalk in front of the business had weeds taller than my kid. I quickly left and went elsewhere. I know they probably don't own the building and rent it but part of maintaining the property includes taking care of the grass or weeds. If weeds are over 3 feet high in front of your building it tells the customer you don't even care enough for the look of the business then why would you care for my car?. You wouldn't eat at a restaurant if the cook looked dirty and filthy then why leave your car at a place that looks run down?."
"I would give it no stars if possible! Paid for a full inside and out detail of my jeep. For $266 I would expect everything clean as I was told it would be. It doesn't even look like they applied any wax at all. There was dirt all around under the steering wheel they did grab a rag and wipe off in front of me. I was told I could bring it back but not during a time that was able to bring it back. Was pretty much oh well! I do not recommend this place & will never go back. I suggest finding a different detailer. They didn't wipe door jams, clean under the seats, or door handles. Attaching pictures for reference."
"Jessica did A beautiful job in replacing the grill and repainting the bumper. She even worked over to get it back to me today versus Monday like originally scheduled. Customer service is absolutely terrific. Greatly appreciate it."
