Eagle Rental Purchase

"Gave a 1 star only because system would not accept a ZERO. They gave me a price and then upped it after I already signed off. I immediately contacted sales guy. He said not worry, we would work it out. Then after no follow-up on "making it right", I contacted the Manager. I was told he would look into it. Again, NOTHING done! Eventually, he said that since the sales guy was no longer with them, there was really nothing he could do since he could not verify what I said was true! Because I was too "invested" in the payments by then, I felt I was just stuck. I ended up paying the contract off early at the higher cost, just to be done with them! This happened to me on Both contracts that I had with them...entered into at the same time for different items. Do NOT do business with them! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!"

"The service here is phenomenal, I have never had any issues. I have never made any late payments, I always make my payments early or on time. I don’t blame them if they have to blow your phone up for a missed payment they are just doing their job. I have rented two items from here, one is fully paid off the other is almost there. Of course you will have to pay interest if you cannot pay your items off within 120 days but, that’s just a business move as well so you can’t fault them for that. Just know what you’re getting into when you sign the contract. I won’t be renting anything else just because I don’t need anything but, I would definitely recommend if you need to pay for items over time and don’t have the money upfront. I wish they had a option to report to the credit bureaus as well."

"The store I deal with everybody is polite outgoing and friendly perfect atmosphere. and if there's times when things aren't going your way they will work with you which is what that's awesome. I have nothing but great reviews for the at least the people at the store I imagine they're like that at all the stores I would hope but the one I go to I love it the guys are great and the store is awesome."

"My husband and I purchased/rented furniture from here. They have quality furniture and very friendly staff. I've only had one problem with them so far. Since then, they have been decent. So, as long as you pay on time and have no financial issues, they're great. Update: 11/27/17 Went and rented new furniture. The manager is very friendly and very helpful. They have better inventory than the other stores. I especially appreciate the adjustable bed."
