"My wife and I ordered a bed with adjustable base on 12/24/23, we spent thousands, promised it would be delivered on 1/5/2023, no call the night before delivery or the morning of, so I called the store, and asked where my delivery was at 10:30, the lady said she was sorry, it was the guys last day who worked yesterday, how is that my problem? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I WAS TOLD MY DELIVERY WOULD NOT BE UNTIL 1/20/23, AND THEY GAVE ME MY DELIVERY CHARGE BACK OF 150.00, 150.00 BUCKS ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MATTRESS FIRM TO ANYONE!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"

What I can say is that we connected with Tonya at the Fairlawn store and Horhay at the Chapel Hill store, both were great! We had a budget and they helped us stay within that budget. They were knowledgeable about their products and patience with us as well."
