"Sold some things here recently, only got a few bucks like I assumed- they pay cheap like every other resale store out there. The drop off process is mostly easy, but there was not an employee in the drop off section (totally separate part of the building from main store) the entire time we were attempting drop off. We had questions that went unanswered and I would never feel comfortable dropping off higher value items as literally anyone on the streets could just stroll right in and pick it up. You also are supposed to label your items with a small piece of paper that could easily be moved, lost, or altered. Clothes on the rack seemed average, but I will say it’s nice they’re not totally stuffed like Once Upon a Child. When I walked in the door to pick up my stuff, the person working didn’t even look at me and acted as if I was an inconvenience to be there. I saw someone else mention the smell of the store being too strong- I have to say it wasn’t strong for me but it was cheap smelling and seemed heavy, like they were trying to hide an odor vs a light smell that you can just barely notice, so stay away if you have a sensitive nose. Ive been here to shop previously, but based on this interaction I won’t be back- no skin off their back or mine."
"Cute place however I did take some gently used items a Nike sweatshirt never worn Disney shirts and an H&M brand item plus more was told they were out of style or not the name brands. When I looked around in there there were no brand name items so they don't make sense and will take my business elsewhere"
"This is by far my favorite resale shop! It’s always organized, up to date with the latest fashions and extremely well priced. Not to mention always smells amazing with friendly staff and kid friendly music. Nothing they sell is stained, or old which I love as a customer. As a someone that also sells to them, their offers are very fair and turn around time is fast. Thanks for bringing this lovely shop to the Falls!!"
