Best Buy

"Went in to buy a replacement hard drive, assuming it would be slightly more convenient than waiting on Amazon. Hard drive was locked in a glass case, like I'm at a pawn shop. Asked for assistance, told by employee I'm "next in line" to have a case unlocked and someone will be over. Waited around for 25min and no one came to assist. Not one other employee bothered to ask why I was loitering by a glass case for 25min. Ordered from Amazon on my phone on the way out. Should arrive later today."

"I would have gave 5 stars but no one said a word to me for about 15 minutes. I came and bought a TV and I did. I can’t speak about customer service as there wasn’t any. The young sales associate was nice and he said he was told to come over to help me. That’s funny."

"I've shopped here a lot more recently mostly because the customer service is excellent. Like our fridge broke and we ran there to find a quick buy or another solution and they were so helpful. Or when we bought and electric mover and the battery was not working. They replaced it for us. Everytime I do a store pick up I'm in and out zero issues. We needed a new washer and dry and the sales person helped us find the best machine that fits our needs, price and helped us save with becoming a member. Each time we go in here it's always a great experience. Thank you all for doing such a good job."

"The girl that works evenings in the geek squad department was one of two people that provided me with excellent service. The door man was great too. I came in to get my phone looked at that I purchased there to find out the phone guy called off tonight. Then I drove to Verizon which was closed. Then drove back to the store to talk to the manager that didn’t offer much help. I talked to the geek squad person and she helped tremendously. She restored my loyalty to bestbuy. Hopefully she gets word that she helped me get my phone running again with her tips. Thank you guys!!!"

"Do not bring any vehicle to Best Buy to have wiring done. About a year ago my father took his truck to Best Buy to have a dash cam wired in. It needed 12v constant and 12v ignition. He is getting rid of the truck so we decided to remove the wiring. This is what I found... Wires cut open and wrapped with electrical tape. Wires running against sharp metal. Wires ran under carpet where you put your feet. Looks like one of the wires they ran short on so just splice in another. Instead of finding power under the dash or close to the fuse panel, they cut into wires under the door sills. My 11 year old could have done better than this."
