"The Sam’s Club itself is okay, but the pickup experience is the worst I have experienced across several locations in Northeast Ohio. First, I scheduled a pickup on the app between 7-8am. The problem is this club doesn’t open until 8. That’s unacceptable that the app would allow me to select a time slot and drive up here when the store is closed. I then picked up the order later that night, having no choice as they cancel the order if not picked up within 24 hours. The app shouldn’t quote 5-10 minutes if it’s going to take 30. I could’ve gone inside and done scan and go faster than this. This club needs to invest in more staffing for this area. Either you need more than just one person working pick up or you need to limit order slots."

"I'll change it back to five stars once you allow your curbside pickup delivery people to accept tips. It's Christmas. They should be allowed to accept tips when you make them work on Christmas Eve. Old review Free pick up for plus is nice. It's worked everything except when I really needed it bad. I ended up going in and picking my own order because I couldn't wait."

"I love our local Sam's Club. I recently purchased a Coleman inflatable hot tub, had it delivered and Let the fun begin. My daughter said it was one of our best purchases. We also recently went to the holiday food testing and sample day. That helped us know exactly what to get for our Thanksgiving feast. Love this place."

"I am on a fixed income like most. And this young Lady by the name Nigeria stopped me and ask what electric company I was with I told her And she said I can get you a better deal. I said well here is my email send me the info. I get home my email is saying I had someone trying to access my Ohio Edison account. Not only am I very upset with her. But also with Sam's club for having such dishonest people working in their stores. I won't go back this has really screwed over my account. Now I have to see what else she may have tried to get in. Unbelievable Sam's Club."

"Great value and a vast variety of products , goods and services. I grabbed a few cases of water and had plenty in stock. I made around to the cakes and baked sweets and wanted to try everything I gazed upon. Friendly service and bulk everything."
