"Absolutely awful place to deal with. If you’re a day late, they will spam call you and will show up at your house POUNDING on your door. Extremely rude. Driver threw a pumpkin off my porch into my lawn and it smashed guts everywhere. I cannot stress how awful doing business with them has been, mind you I am completely caught up with payment, at most have been 2 days late on payment. This location deserves to go out of business. The manager likes to yell and cuss at customers."
"My experience wasn’t too bad, but when my furniture was delivered there’s a spot on it that I didn’t notice at the store. I probably should’ve said something. Otherwise the associates were very kind and helpful!"
"Ordered a couch and a bunk bed. The couch was dropped off with a rip. And when they put the bunk bed together they broke the ladder. Took months to get a new one.... not great customer services. Also my couch was never hooked to my account and even the i.t. people couldn't find the contract so I ended up sending it back. Got tired of the harassing phone calls. Tho the i.t. told me not to pay till I could see the account in my profile. Felt like a scam... it felt like they delivered a ripped floor model couch and was some how pocketing my payments. Really feel like the place is ran by scam artist. I do still have the bunk bed and now need to see if the same as cash is still an available option because they aren't a great compnay to deal with."
"The only person with common sense in this facility is Sean. He'll work with you to an extent, however due to the Manger of this store DON. Which in whom is argumentive , constant cussing and starting problems with customers I'll never do business with them again. SEAN should be general Manger of this store and is much more pleasant to deal with than Don. DON DOESNT BELONG HAVING THE TITLE HE DOES LET ALONE HAVING A JOB HERE. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN SHOW OF A BUSINESS"
"The payment and prices are normal for this type of place. But the customer service that you get from the district manager Shawn is above and beyond. This year has been a tough this year I have ever had in my life with my two boys to the point of worrying about having clean clothes for my kids. This led me to rent a center and Shawn and has helped me every step of the way. Seriously above and beyond. Thank you Shawn!"
