"Years ago NAPA was THE place to go. Now? How about unfriendly people. Sorry I don’t know the actual term of part. Once we got that far, the return policy’s are like the law of the land. No return if opened. No return if a spec of dust on it. No return on electrical. No return buddy sorry. And...they always have to order it. Ship it In. NAPA has opened and closed 3 times in Elyria. This will be #4."
