"We are very happy with our dining room table and bench! We ordered the bunker hill style in a dark knight stain from Jeff and Sharon in the Medina shop. Initially we received the table with some scratches in the table top. Jeff and his father (the owner) showed exemplary customer service by coming to pick up the table and repairing the surface at no cost to us. We just received the table today and love it as a staple in our home. It's a beautiful table we hope to have for years and certainly will purchase our furniture from Eastwood in the future. I'd recommend this place to anybody in Medina and neighboring cities!"

"I went to the store to purchase a table! My husband, three kids and myself. I was talked down to and told to look at the website. I am a stay at home mom and have been cleaning and taking care of kids all day. I was not dressed up as I have been at home working all day. I feel I was talked down to for this very reason. I wasn’t even mentioned the current sale!! I will never buy anything from them or refer anyone to this store. I can not believe how I was talked to and treated! Will be taking my business elsewhere!"
