"I had an excellent experience with everyone at National Design Mart, from the girls at the front desk to my sales associate Tonya Odadzin. Tonya was very helpful and knowledgeable, she worked a great deal. When she was not available during the early stages of the process other associates jumped in and helped direct me on her behalf. The installation crew was amazing, clean, fast and effective. They were on time and very professional. I had a chance to speak to a manager while he was interacting with others at the front desk and made sure to tell him how happy I was with my experience. I drove from Lake County to Medina County and do not regret my choice despite the distance. I would recommend National Design Mart to anyone."

"Messed up my backsplash. Very expensive quartz backslpash left huge crooked gap near the hood. Manager came out to look at it and says its normal and barely talked then put almost half inch caulk to hide it. I don't recommend"

"Recently used National Design Mart on our latest home renovation project. They installed 1400 Square feet of Coretec Calypso Oak LVP for us in our basement SpeakEasy! They took their time prepping the floor by leveling it all and took all the extra steps for ensuring the LVP would sit perfectly flat. We requested they get close enough to the drywall so we would have to use shoe molding and not only did they listen to every word we requested but the crew was also SO NICE! They went out of their way to love on my dogs and were so kind to my two toddlers. We have used Chris Longnecker as our flooring sales rep for 5 years and he always is very responsive and ensures we are happy with everything! The work was beyond what I was hoping and overall the experience with National Design Mart was amazing. We have always felt they go above and beyond our expectations. 10/10 stars from us!"
