When completing a transaction and handing customers their receipt, it would be great if the cashier could make eye contact and offer a friendly farewell like 'have a nice evening' or 'please come again.' Avoiding a rushed handoff of the receipt without acknowledgment can make customers feel more valued. Thank you for your consideration"
"Back in the summer I went thru the Medina Home Depot for LVT flooring and carpeting. It was a very smooth experience from the associates at the store scheduling everything, to the person that came out for the measurements, to the installation crew. Prices were very comparable and the end result turned out great. Would recommend."
"LarderRoom...Home Depot! It's seems every town has a Home Depot, and every Home Depot has what I need. Every time I end up in a Home Depot, I return home with a new tool or great find. I always visit the clearance section at the end of the isles in the middle of the store! They also usually have some cool scratch and dent (return) items. Also worth noting, the restrooms are also clean."
"We are remodeling a bathroom. Home Depot had a variety of fixtures to choose from. We bought a light fixture for over the mirror with 4 lights on it. We also bought a towel bar, towel ring and toilet paper holder. All fixtures have a brushed nickel finish. They also have other fixtures available in chrome, brass and other finishes. We also bought a new ceiling exhaust fan. We looked at shower heads but will wait on that. We are happy with the purchases. We just got work gloves and knee pads for working in the yard on our latest visit. We got interior paint and work gloves. Home Depot has everything you need."
"Good staff , in fact most excellent! You should be very proud of your employees. They were very helpful and kind! They helped with everything I asked them to without hesitation. Being disabled it really helps to have a helping hand now and again. Home Depot helped me create this deck/landing!"
