"The guy on the phone didn't seem to have any knowledge. I asked him the same question 4 times. All he could say is "huh".I hung up after the 4th huh.all I asked was do you have any 2 wire pigtails,male and female? Maybe the nut thought I wanted real tails off a real pig,who knows. It's a shame they have resorted to hiring something like this. Called Napa and they answered on the 2nd ring, asked my question 1 time, got my answer and drove there and bought the part."

"What a terrible experience. Called last week for exhaust parts. Told $64. Couldn't get over to pick it up then so I called yesterday 6/2/22 for the same exact part. Employee told me $74. I was shocked it went up but was still affordable for me so I went over. My dad, a mechanic, decided to take me because a lot of places will give you more expensive parts if they think your gender is "less than" in their eyes. So 30 mins later we show up and now the price, for the exact same part they just told us about, was now well over $100. We both looked at this dude and said how much we were told on the phone not 30 mins ago and suddenly it was, what employee and he started telling asking everyone who talked to me about a part. A man answered, and the manager gave him this kinda shi**y look for telling us a low price. Then of course it charged to, "oh this is a different brand, the one he told you about is actually $84". Like how has the price on one part changed 4 different times, 3 of those times in 30 mins? I just paid to be done with it. Manager was si**y with his female employee because she attached my receipt to the wrong invoice and threw the receipt at her after he ripped it off. We're a family that buys a lot of parts for business and personal. I'm in the transportation industry and my family owns a trucking company. I'd rather go thru Amazon at this point than to deal with this place again. 0/10"

"I asked if they had military discount. I was advised yes they do or i could sign up for their membership card and get same discount...So i signed up for membership card, i got a total of $0.00 discount on a nearly 100$ part... wont go back, due to lack of honesty."
