"Well I guess their service is only for the people that they want to service. I walk in with my daughter looking for a new living room set. 4 older salesmen are standing at the door, not a single one greets us. Looks us dead in our eye turns around a calls a woman from the back to show us around. The woman then takes us to a section of recliners and says ok look around and I will come find you. I had a more immersive experience shopping for a mattress elsewhere. Will not spend my money there, I suppose they don’t want it any way. I really dislike existing in my own skin some time."

"They have a beautiful selection of high quality furniture and the store is much larger than it appears from the outside. The two salespeople I've had for different purchases were knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought a sleeper sofa and a credenza/cabinet for a 50" flat screen. I didn't see anything I liked in the showroom for the cabinet and the salesman took me into a storage area for them and we went thru them until I found one I wanted. The store has its own delivery service which was seamless both times. They give you a definite time frame and arrive on time. When I'm in the market for more furniture, I'll be heading to this store."
