"I can’t even describe how Sergay and his team fought for us and went above and beyond! Our vehicle was in a nasty t-bone collision right before Christmas Eve. Beechmont Ford tried to tell us our vehicle was fixable!! We brought it to Sergay as he was recommended to us by a friend, and he took our SUV apart and found things that could not be fixed and would be dangerous for us to even drive the vehicle. Sergay ended up getting our vehicle totaled and truly put us first! He didn’t care about making a dime off us or fixing stuff, he cared about the safety of our family.
