"I had an excellent experience in working with James H both times I was in your store to purchase a washer and dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. I would definitely be looking for him in the event that I need another application or mattress. The appliances were delivered and installed by 2 young men. Max and, unfortunately, I did not get the other name. They on time, pleasant, and very helpful in working around a few obstacles, stairs, etc in getting everything completed and set up properly Thank you to the three young men that were involved with my transaction. "I have had to deal with the supposed owner’s secretary, Yanaisa, better known as “Yani”, several times over the past few years and every single encounter has been awful!!! She is beyond rude. I have heard from several different Appliance Factory staff members that this a very common complaint not only from customers, but also with staff members. How this woman still has a job is BEYOND me! I am not one who believes that the customer is always right, but I have never in my life had such rude and disrespectful customer service as I have encountered with her. When I called to complain I was told that I was the 3rd customer today that had complained about her. Hopefully writing this Google review gets to the right person and something is done with her. Unfortunately, because of her, I will NEVER purchase anything ever again from Appliance Factory."

"Excellent service, sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - I loved the no pressure environment. Delivery guys were super nice and amazing! They had to go the third floor, up insanely steep stairs with the heaviest machine and did it with strength and grace. Thank you, Appliance Mart"
"BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this store!! We bought a whirlpool washer and dryer set and the dryer went out immediately. They’ve had a repairman come 3 times to attempt to fix it and it still doesn’t work. They are giving us the run around despite the machine being under warranty. It never worked, and they’re pretending it’s not their problem. It’s a scam, and they stole nearly $1000 from us. Don’t make the same mistake we did!"
