"We had our vehicle towed there because they stated that they could provide a repair estimate in two days. We received our estimate 19 days later, and it was $2000 more than the insurance company would pay. Since they would not do the work for the price the insurance company would pay, we had the car towed. Crosstown charged $1600 to allow the car to be towed. I am not at all happy with the owner's behavior."
"Have used these guys twice, both great experiences. One involved an insurance claim, one I paid out of pocket, but both times they’re easy to work with, do quality work, and pricing is reasonable. I felt guilty initially bringing my Camry in to get worked on when they have such awesome cars getting worked on at the same time, but they do great work all the same. Highly recommend!"
