"I purchased my washer August 2023 and spent almost $500. It has stopped working and I paid cps $100 and they didn’t even send anyone out. They offer me settlement for $250 instead of fixing washer or even coming to look at it. When I called store I was told there is nothing they can do but give me a good deal on another washer."
"Buyer beware! Trust your gut. Read the reviews. Mostly mad at myself for getting fooled. I read the reviews and asked the sales person about it. My machine broke 30 days after buying - the warranty is a scam too. I paid 350 for the machine- warranty place charged me 100.00 to send a guy out who told me it needed a part after being there 5 mins - weeks went by waiting for “the part” every time I called “the parts not in yet” suddenly with no conversation they send me a letter saying the part of more expensive than what the machine is worth - so now I’m out another 100.00! What happened to the part that was “on order???” 350 plus 100 by the warranty now I’m at 450.00 - the warranty place offered me 200.00 bucks. Read the reviews, trust your instincts- look at my reviews, I don’t normally leave bad reviews. This place is not the place to go."
"ZERO STARS!! I can't believe you all are still in business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I dealt with Joshua on the phone. He said he had a refrigerator for me. Sends me two pictures. Front of the fridge and inside of fridge. He never mentioned any damage. He never mentioned any dents on the side. I also paid $80 for Haul Away. When they did have 3rd company drop off my 'new' fridge and haul away the old one... they didn't. They left the old fridge in the unit. When I got back from out of town business, imagine my surprise. Daniel the owner is a thief. Please spend $100 more and go to Home Depot or Lowes. Black fridge is what they delivered (pictured attached) and white fridge is what they were going to haul-off which I paid for. As you can see they just left it in our rental unit."
